What stream you applied under?
Generally, whenever you are sending a form to IRCC, it must be based on the most recent information that you have. If you applied under the essential non-healthcare and healthcare worker the NOC at the time of submission and before is important. You need to have 1 year of experience on the "eligible" occupations (the table is mentioned here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/tr-pr-pathway/who-can-apply.html)
If you applied under the IG, you must show that you were employed at the time of submission and your job was listed on National Occupational Classification website as well as your current job.
Yep I applied IG and my job at the time of submission is NOC B, my current job is Uber Eats delivery which is a self-employed job. I read "Who can apply" and I found no requirement that I have to be employed during processing time. That's why I quit that job due to my "special situation". However, still very nervous about that :(

Hi everyone! I got my BIL today finalyy! And also I received an email to re-submit IMM0008 through the portal within 7 days. I was able to link but there is no request to resubmit the form in my portal. How do I submit the form then?

During processing time, I saw some people got ADR for proof of income. However, I am not sure the after submitting, the occupation should also be within the defined NOC system. I don't think there is any issue with your work. As long as you have proof of income, you should be fine.

I had it done on April 2021 before I submitted my application on May 6. I got my AOR on Aug 23, 2021. Complete silence until I got an ADR on May 4 for PCC. Then yesterday, my medical status changed.
I think it's because your medical got expired on Apr 2022. There shouldn't be any other reason. At least I haven't seen anything before.
However, keep in mind that you don't need to re-do your medical. The officer can extend the results.

  • Stream B: essential, non-health care (with 1 dependents)
  • Submitted: May 24, 2021
  • Biometrics request: 21 Jan, 2022
  • AOR: 24 Jan, 2022
  • ADR : NO ADR, everything uploaded upfront
  • GU : NO GHOST UPDATE SINCE AOR
  • Medical passed: 21 Jan, 2022
  • Review of additional documents
    - We do not need additional documents
  • Background check
    - We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
  • Final decision
    - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

This is what piss me off, paid all upfront, uploaded all upfront and no answer. It looks like they process people who needs more documents quicker. Now my permit will expire at end of next month, I'm debating when ask for extension... But it is so stupid from IRCC, overwhelming more with an unnecessary application for extension.
Little update about my process. Still at same page, no GU or ADR. Had to apply this week for my WP extension, already have a temporary WP Extension until they review all the paperwork (2h filling up stuff + 300$ short).

About TR to PR, I contacted my MP that was able to gather some information about my process (took 2 working days), I was informed that the application received on May 24 2021 is currently open and in process.

Eligibility and security not started
Criminality verifications are in progress
Medical has passed

But why CIC / RCMP are taking so long in criminal I really don't know. Seeing people who received AOR at same week as my self with portal request in the hands is sad (about how CIC deals with all requests without organization, giving people priorities). The only thing that make sense for me is that my process is stuck with someone mediocre at work (or is about to retire and don't want work anymore). Anyway, keep you guys posted about any updates.

Forgot to ask, people who had to apply for WP extension and is from Ontario. How we deal with OHIP that will be expiring at same date from my PGWP? I know that for SIN number there is no problem, but for Ohip I don't know what to do.

Service Ontario needs a proof that you are allowed to work until your WP-EXT is issued.
IRCC will send you a letter in your account that you can use to extend your OHIP:
"After you apply online, we’ll send you a letter in your account (WP-EXT except PGWP) that you can use as proof that you’re authorized to keep working, if you’re eligible:
  • You can print this letter or show it with your current work permit.
  • The letter is proof that you’re authorized to keep working under the same conditions as your original work permit until we process your application."
This letter has an expiry date, I believe your OHIP will be extended until that date. You can double check with them once you got the letter.

The processing of your application has started. You don't need to take any further actions right now and should wait for future updates. Sometimes you will receive ADR (additional document request) for further processing your file. In such case, you will be notified by email.

I paid $1050
Biometric already done
I believe you paid both fees (right of permanent residency fee plus processing fee).
Prepare an explanation letter and mention that you paid both fees combine the letter with the payment receipt as one PDF and upload it in your account.
Something files get corrupted when transferred between cloud and GCMS and you're asked to provide them again.
