Dont wait for their email to reply.
Use the format given in invite and email to the email id given in invite.
Yesterday we didnt notice that they said they would email but we sent the email immediately and file also got closed yesterday itself. So you dont need to wait for their email to send the oath form.

How do you know the file closed?

Waited all day for their email per ceremony instructions and decided to just send an email like you mentioned an hour ago. Not sure why they would give conflicting instruction today from the oath ceremony invite which says to email them instead. Oh IRCC! I’m sure it will sort itself out. Do they normally respond to the oath form email?

1. You check online tracker after 1 to few days. it should get updated.

2. Edmonton ircc didnt give this instruction to me except that in the meeting they said i need to put a different subject format than the one it was mentioned in the pdf invite. So i sent new email later to them.

But at niagara office they were saying something like that but we didnt actually pay attention and we sent the email as per the instruction in the email invite and later my wife received that email (you guys talking about). So it doesnt matter which one you use as all are for oath closing.
My wife's application is already closed on same day(today we could see update). So if you havent received that email, just use the email in the invite.

@canadiantica15 @lincolnys - since our oath is now done, how are you planning to send the signed oath letter? I think we all were in same ceremony at 8:15. The clerk at the end of the ceremony said they will send an email and we need to reply to that? Do we wait for their email or reply to the Oath invitation email?

Please let me know what you guys plan to do.

the clerk did ask travel plan, no mention of in person pick up option
