Please, I called IRCC some weeks ago and and was told that everything has been passed (Info sharing, criminality and security) and that my eligibility is "recommended passed" as well.
I called today and I was told that eligibility is "in progress".
Please, can anyone explain why the eligibility went from "recommended passed" to "in progress"?
Your stamped Visa on your passport is for 1-time entry only when you do travel. It won't matter after your first entry into canada anyway as it will no longer be a valid travel document. You would need your PR card and your non expired passport for subsequent entries. Should you leave canada without a pr card, you would have to apply for a PRTD outside Canada, which might take months to issue...so moral of the story it would be a bad idea to leave Canada before you recieve your pr card

I am not going to come back to my home country anytime soon.
My question is, i can travel carrying two passport one expired but having valid visa and another new passport without visa.
I dont need to send my new passport for stamping again right??

Honestly, is time is a factor for you, just get started on Mandamus. Or at least, do the initial step of the Mandamus process yourself. Send a webform demanding them to finish processing and give a decision within 30 days (mention the exact date before which they should finish as well). After 30 days, if needed, you can ask a lawyer to directly file the Mandamus notice in court.
Lol...thanks for the light chuckle bro....but I'm really tired. My tired is tired
Edit: oh, dont remember if I already did but congrats on your Ppr man
