my mothers supervisa got refused yesterday. they gave the reason that i didnt attach the insurance information, but i did buy it last year while applying for the supervisa. funny thing is that i applied for my father and mother together, they sent medical for my father and rejection for my mother. what a joke? they could have just requested for the insurance information.
my question is, is their a way to appear the decision by just supplying the insurance document or should i apply again?

i did for my dad, but didnt see any place to upload my moms insurance so i didn't. i thought i will send it when they ask for it.

i have already applied for a regular visa back in march, since nothing was happening for so long.

Any documents which you missed while applying can be sent to IRCC via Webform later also .

So your mom S V refused because you did not submitted her Insurance ? and and she already passed the Medical ?

what is refusal reason , and you mentioned you applied V.V. now

Finally after 5 months of impatient wait, my parents supervisa is approved. Here is the timeline:
File submitted(GCKEY): Dec 09, 2021
Biometrics Requested: Dec 10, 2021
Biometrics Submitted: Dec 29, 2021
Biometrics Updated: Jan 03, 2022
Upfront Medical done: Jan 08, 2022
Medical passed: Feb 17, 2022
Eligibility review started: Feb 24, 2022
BVL received: May 5, 2022
Passport Request: May 6, 2022.
