You can call IRCC and see if they have changed your address. I know that the agents can change your mailing address pre-PPR but I don't know about post-PPR. You should try calling them.

In either case, it would be wise to send them the webform again as it says in the email:

You are required to submit this as this will be printed on your CoPR. Your package can be returned without stamp if you do not submit it.

Yes, i have sent them in a letter addressing this.

I have send my original passport, vfs consent form, vfs courier form, eye color and height certificate, PPR letter and Biometric instruction letter.

Did you get an SMS at the day your passport was supposed to be picked?

I am waiting for mine to be picked but the haven't received any message other than email with AWB number (which can be tracked now on blue dart website). Today is my 3rd day after booking.

I booked the two way service on 3rd May and on 4th May my parcel was picked and today it has been delivered to the VFS center and I have also received text and an email with the Tracking ID.

I want to tell 1 thing my experience with vfs might help you guys
After the passport was stamped and despatched from vac back to my home after a day the vfs tracking changed to
"Passport undelivered returned to vac contact vac immediately "
When I contacted actually the passport was in transit to my home .
It was a technical glitch
If you encounter don't panic ,I said because I did ,I called vac they confirmed it was on transit and it was a technical glitch.

You can land/enter thru any port of entry except Quebec.

Even Quebec is fine, the intention should be to move to other province. I landed in Montreal and moved to Vancouver there on.
