I applied via Accelerated Tech Pathway and have received NOI but while creating my profile in AINP Portal there was a question related to the occupation being regulated. I have 2 years and 10 months of Business Analyst experience and even the job offer from Alberta employer is of Business Analyst title. I am using NOC 2171. Could anyone please help me and let me know if the Business Analyst Job title is provincially regulated?

Yes, they send EOIs to Express Entry profiles that fulfill their criteria. I got invited from inside Canada, but I've heard of folks that were invited from outside. Don't know how likely it is though.
