It was before but now since they want to reduce paper backlog because it takes physical storage while digital apps have no limitations, they can be processed any time.

I got test complete note end of April. So hopefully would i get oath invite by end of May ?

Alternatively, the reason for the slower processing time for online applications could be because there is an additional step of printing all the applications on paper and then continuing with the paper application process.

No Ircc is not so efficient. Primary file stays at cpc sydney and secondary office can access it online that's why when you go online you can't go paper.

only paper applicants are getting oath earlier , online have to wait another 3 to 4 months for DM and another 2 months for oath.

Fingers cross to get a DM and Oath for this month. Test completed Feb and no other updates as now.

it was received September last year and is paper based.
