I wonder whats going on with my file, as i had 2 ghost updates since my test was marked as completed. I have never seen anyone reported like this for background process, 2 or more than 2 ghost updates until it is actually marked as completed.

How many ghost updates did you notice after giving FP and when it was actually marked as completed ? Usually i have seen people seeing only 1 ghost update and then very next day its marked as completed.

The only update I got was on 15th March, which was not a ghost update. It reflected that the FP received on the Application History
After that on 25th April I got the update that BGC is completed...
Between these dates I did not receive any ghost updates

I got 2 ghost updates before getting FP req.. waiting for test

I was wondering about that. Does everyone get called for an interview after the test? If so, how long after the test does that occur? What is the notice period? (Currently outside of Canada)

Yes that is what i have observed too with most people. Its different happening in my case. Already 2 ghost updates and still waiting for next update.

Would an interview call theoretically be possible after BG check and test are cleared?

What if I told you that EVERYONE had to have an interview and document verification when they went to do their tests in person? Interview is always after the test.

I submitted my app online in June 2021 and received AOR on Oct 3rd. Thats it since then with no further updates. On my tracker, last updated on Nov 7th.

congrats .. looks like a 2 month window looks possible . Almost 12 month mark.

For me the process froze at this stage for almost two months now (since March 2). I even made an inquiry with RCMP and just got a reply that they completed criminal record verification on February 22 and delivered results to the specified IRCC (Vancouver) right after. So "shortly" sounds somewhat insulting in this context...

I gave my fingerprints on 16 Feb, only got this update today. So I am taking this as a win!!
