Question regarding Upfront Medical Exam? what is "Incomplete"?

On my eMedical printout, it shows "Medical Examination" as "Incomplete". Does this mean there is a problem with the report I have received from the hospital? I was told that uploading this document would suffice.

at the bottom it says:
501 medical examination - Incomplete
502 x-ray - required
HIV - referred
Syphillis - referred


I just called the hospital and now they sent me another one which shows all of them "completed"

I am now a bit confused as to which one I should upload

It was probably incomplete because they were sending your samples for testing. It takes time to get the results back. That should not affect your application.
Since now you have a new sheet, you can upload that. It doesn't really matter.

One of the parameters in urine test is a little above the medical range.Can I get my medical test for the second time and submit the new report? will it be a problem?

hello po.nag undergo po aq ng upfront medical,may bngay po sa akin na emdical result,pero incomplete pa po ung ibang test...hihintayin ko pa po bang macomplete yung status or pwede ko na pong isend sa sponsor ko?salamat po sa mga sasagot...

I guess that's how it is for everybody...! coz lab test and x-ray results are pending. These are generally uploaded by the panel doctors once the results come back to the clinic. Once completed and uploaded in e-medical... the concerned medical person in CIC can review.

my e-medical says
501 medical examination required
502 chest Xray examination incomplete
704 serum creatinine refferred
707 HIV test refferred
712 syphills test (vdrl or rpr) refferred


so i had a question


can we upload this print out or i have to wait for the completed one??
