They sent a kind of receipt email to you very after your submission. There is an email address and, you can forward that email to the email address with a reminder message.
When i try to upload the IMM5562 (Travel history) to the webform it say "Document size must not exceed 2MB". The form size is too big. How can i reduce to the size to upload it ? even when i try to compress using Adobe i'm not successful because it's an encrypted document.

Yes, you cannot change the original PDF file (from IRCC) because it's encrypted but when you scan and save it again as PDF, you can modify the resolution with no issue.

Print the form, fill it out, scan it, and save it to PDF.
If it is still too big, compress it using the app below. https://www.ilovepdf.com/compress_pdf
I have applied for TR to PR pathway under IG stream. I received an AOR in month of December. My dependent in in INDIA. We submitted some documents which have been asked. For my dependent we gave old medical that time. since December there is no update of progress in my application.
Now, I will be qualified for the CEC this month end . hence i want to submit an EE profile just to be at safe. I tried to generate the reference code for EE online.
While entering that code in my account its giving me an error that my application is already in progress.
My query is:-
1)are we not able to submit EE profile after getting AOR and linking it with your account. If yes then are we suppose to wait till the time any selection or rejections comes.
2) IF NO, then has anyone in the same situationa and has successfully submitted EE profile after getting AOR and linking it.
Any help in this case is appritiated

Try making a new gc key account and generating reference code from there.
1. you don't have to wait. you can have 2 applications at the same time, no problem at all.
2. I hope other people with the experience answer you. Also try posting query in fb groups and try calling ircc and explain your situation. If you are qualified for CEC, go for it as well. TR TO PR is unpredictable. all the best

Thanks @Qamar gujjar for the answer.
I'm giving you my personal opinion about your situation. Since you've already received your AOR, there is a great chance that you receive your PR sooner than a new EE application.
Not to mention that you need to again pay the application fees for 2 people which is a lot.
I recommend you follow up with your MP for a status update. I've mentioned how to find and contact them in a couple of pages before.
My guess is that your file is either in eligibility review or info sharing.
