yes but i think that due date is for them to finish stuff before being obliged to do background check again ! usually background check is valid for one year from the time it completes

im not sure ! for physical presence , language , due dates wont change anything ! the reason why it does for background because some people might get involved with something within that one year time frame that they did set as a due date but for others stuff i cant see how it can be relevant
Hi all I want to know the estimate time for completion of language, prohibition and physical presence. Test marked completed on April 4 2022. Any idea?

I'm curious - Is the Writ of Mandamus only available if the processing times have gone beyond the provided 27 months? Or do they still consider the 12 month time frame in some way? Do you have any thoughts on this or literature that you would recommend? I'll also look into it further out of curiosity. Of course, I'm hoping it doesn't come to this for anyone here. Thanks for bringing this up.

the writ of mandamus is a way to bring IRCC to court for a case ! regardless of the 12 / 27 months ! the judge will question them on why its taking them that long to move on with a file ! why there was no update since x amount of time !
imagine an application for someone elderly that got no test to do, is not none routine nor complex application, and the last update on her file was like 7 months ago ! that will raise questions from the judge and most probably there would be a case !
if you win, the judge will order them to render a decision within 30 days ! but i have been told the writ of mandamus should be done through a lawyer ! good luck with the fees !
Hi all i have a question. I submitted a letter from my institution for language. I have a doubt that they are not going to accept it. Can anyone tell me I already done my test and background check and it’s got completely should I be worried or not ? Thx
