Graduating from Seneca and starting new course in George Brown in May, study permit extension or new permit??

Hello there!

So I started a 1-year course from Seneca College in September 2021. I got a 1 year study permit so it will expire in September 2022. I now have admission for George Brown College for the May 2022 intake. Can I apply for a study permit extension using this new offer letter or should I need to apply for a fresh new permit?

I didn't stop studying. I will be graduating from my first course on April 22nd. My second course starts in May

Study permits come faster than extensions. But I am not sure if you will have implied status.
