@wonderbly Do you know generally when they extend the medicals, how long they extend for ? My profile has updated message with Medical exam passed on March 30,2022. Also, is there a way to extend the deadline for submitting the passport ? Because once the CoPR is stamped then extending that valid to date would be tough.
From what I've seen, it's either for 6 months or 1 year. Unfortunately, the date the extension reflected on your GCKey is not a good indication of when it was actually extended. It's possible it has been extended a while ago already.
They asked for it after I sent a webform asking if I need to do re-medicals. The webform got forwarded to the IRCC officials and resulted in a re-medical request.
You can add spouse with copr. Just don’t accidentally take the exit to Canada lol. Are you planning on living in Windsor? I just did an interview for a job there.
ADR on 3rd April. Just completed medicals yesterday.
So i guess I am behind you guys as my medical still need to be passed and it will take them at least a week for them to upload it and i guess another week for IRCC to acknowledge it.
Procedural Fairness Letter is pretty serious. The visa officer has concerns about your application and is giving you a final chance to explain yourself. Maybe @legalfalcon can explain more. I would strongly suggest you book a consultation with a Canadian immigration lawyer, explain your situation and ask them to draft your response. This is above our pay grade.
PFL is the last opportunity IRCC gives before making a decision. PFL is usually sent when the officer is not convinced that an applicant meets the requirements.
The reasons are listed in the PFl, and a strong response with evidence is required.
In some cases PFL, can be a minor issue, that needs clarification, but you will have to evaluate it.
Hi all, urgent help needed.
I received a Schedule A (IMM 5669e) request. Question regarding personal history section. I need to add 2 more lines to complete my 10 years/18+ experience. I know most of the people are adding additional sheet created in word doc and filling in the info. However, my consultant wants me to use the same form n just fill in the 2nd page (which has the personal history) section with remaining information. I m unsure if this is true still i havnt seen a since person do that. I really need experts suggest on this. If this way can be done. Thank you in advance. @legalfalcon@wonderbly can you please guid?

Mostly, yes. Wanna stay closer to US border and my spouse may do her Masters in the US mostly in Ann Arbor. Read an article that 4 of the 5 best neighborhoods in Canada are in Winsdor. Who would have thought!! Always imagined Wisndor to be as shitty as Detroit. But, I understand there are lot of daily commuters to the US staying in Windsor to fulfill their residency while working in the US.
I am not sure whether it is a right time to congratulate you because in usual cases that is what I do .
But in the way things are going for you in the next batch you will receive RFV.[/QUOTE]
