Hey guys, just a query how do you check your application status on the old ecas portal..
I applied online , have the test marked completed but nothing after that. Was wondering if I could get more details from the old tracker.. I'm using this link https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?app=ecas&lang=en

But when I put in the details UCI, dob, and country of birth , nothing comes up. It just says to try again .. what am I doing wrong ? Same UCI number works for new portal.. plzz guide...

ECAS is only for paper applicants. As an online applicant you cannot use ECAS.

I received my oath date two weeks after DM . And then the oath was about 20 days after the tracker updated with oath information

I don’t really know what “luck” you’re talking about. Several June 2021 applicants received their oath information within a month or two after DM .

Well I’ll accept the luck lol but seriously I think applications from April 2021 on ward show that DM to oath time is usually a few weeks. I’m a Kitchener applicant with processing at the Kitchener office , but only ended up at Niagara for the oath.

Other facts include - I was a long haul trucker with over 280 exits ( 20 pages printed ).
so “just lucky “ ..I doubt it .

June 24th application delivered.

• submitted finger prints as requested : Jan 20
• Fingerprint received by IRCC: Feb 23
• Background verification marked complete : Feb 24
• language , prohibitions, physical presence completed:March 18th
• Tracker updated with oath date : March 30.
• Received email for oath : SATURDAY April 9th From Niagara Falls office ( all other processing before now was done at Kitchener.
  Oath date: April 19th
