Received my GCMS notes today .. info sharing in progress , security criminality - Not started ..( cec 18th sept 2021 )..though in notes at the end it says “ ready to finalize RPRF: complete” not sure what that means ! Any idea ?

This means that you have passed the R10 check (all documents are in place) and you have also submitted your RPRF (Right of Permanent Residence Fees) and that is why it's "Complete". Some people didn't prefer to paid RPRF fees upfront while submitting the application and they prefer to pay RPRF once IRCC demands the same after R10 check.

Hey all, I'm seeing that the application wait time is now 8 months INCLUDING biometrics. I don't need Biometrics and also already payed the RPRF, do you think I could get the invitation sooner? I also applied for GCSM notes but it's been 12 days more than the deadline. I'm getting very frustrated!

Everybody is frustrated.
Take it easy.
After I saw one CEC AOR received in 2020 August, just got eCopr 2 weeks ago...2020, not 2021.
I am not that frustrated anymore.
We are somewhat lucky to get invited in Aug/Sept 2021.
Just keep living and working.
We will get it sooner or later...

I think they have multiple CEC files with finalized everything, but waiting for final approval. I dont know if waiting for some signal or date?
