New IRCC portal
Oh where it says "we will send you a notification once we start the process "? i mean under which section? I see a lot of sections like eligibility, medical, background check etc
That statement will show under the eligibility section. I believe if you click the icon it will show that
They look for LICO chart
Which will be proven by T 4 / NOA
Also means of fund of parent you can show their bank statement
good luck
well I gave my T 5 and my partner job letter Wich was one of the options in the list for approved documents to show your income. You think it’s ok that I only provided a job letter. We have aprox 30k in rrsp and aprox 10 k in our bank account and of course I forgot to add these key documents to the application.
I’m also seeing a trend on these forums where Individuals applications were approved near days after medical passing. I’m wondering if I’m not seeing this trend because I somehow applied through the old portal. It was the IRCC gc key, here I thought this was the new one but I now think I am very much wrong.
Anyone know more about these 2 portals and can give me a better understanding as to how they work?!
the processing time started from the date you mom in law submitted her biometrics. soon bro
Patiently trying to wait lol! So the reason why I’m extremely worried about her supervisa application is because 4 years ago she was denied a visitor visa to Canada based on her not having any travel history and no ties to her home country ie land/house. Even though she does have her husband and 2 other children who reside with her. I did declare this on the application but it still worries me as I’ve heard once denied it’s hard to obtain a visa after.
Which 2 documents?
And yes you can use this form to upload any documents you forgot to attach initially -
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Application
I personally would suggest upload the missing documents ASAP before they start working on your application.
So I didn’t include my $30k RRSP statement to show we have savings. I also forgot to add my second bank account that has a balance of $8k.
I did submit the required documents to show we meet LICO minimum income requirements. In the form of a Job Letter because he got a raise this year and it doesn’t show on his T4, he has been working with the same company since 2016. I showed my bank account for my direct deposit and I also gave them my T5 slip as I am on CPP disability.

GCKey or new portal both processing tie is same ,
IRCC does not give preference to New portal over old ,

I have the same question did the Eligibility section change during your application process. From what I read It states that they will send you a msg when they start reviewing your application? Even tho MIL medical is passed its still showing like whey haven’t started the actual process of eligibility.

Hi All,
I applied super visa for my mom and her visiting visa got refused before.
Application Submitted 14-Mar-22
BIM Validity updated 15-Mar-22
Medicals Requested 23-Mar-22
Medicals Completed 28-Mar-22

Bio Validation Letter 08-Apr-22
is BVL and PPR letter usually comes on same day right ? I don't see any notification for PPR. is there any one on same situation like waiting for PPR after receiving the BVL ?
Not necessarily they have to review your other documents as well in the application to know forsure if your actually eligible. Is the Bio validation letter basically saying you passed the background check? I ask because so many ppl timeline don’t include this bio letter you mentioned!
