Hey folks, I send my passport photocopy end of last November to Mississauga office and still waiting? Anyone know how many months estimate to wait
Hey Mine is same time as wellThankyou what time is your oath ?
Depends how far you can go! It's a messIs applying in person much better than via mail ( Offcourse timeline is much longer for via mail )
Your background was never set to completed after 23 April or after test ?Received my formal email for the test. My test window is changed to April 11-May 1st.
Hey, sorry for the delayed response - yep, got my invitation mail like a day after I saw the update on the new eCAS.@Agnella3 @siddharthbala Have you both got your oath email and time yet?
hey Awesome see you thenHey, sorry for the delayed response - yep, got my invitation mail like a day after I saw the update on the new eCAS.
My oath time is at 10:15 AM tomorrow.
Seems like its also random gap based on the officer who sets up the notification date. Most received before 1 week. Very less people receive few days close to the oath date. Few/Some receive 2-4 weeks before.Citizenship oath is in progress since April 5th. On the status tracker, it shows that I have my oath ceremony on April 20th. But I have not received the invitation to my email. How long does it take?
Thanks for clarifying. Just when I thought I was at the end of the tunnel, the whole process timing seems random yet again. I wish they just could upload the invite to the status tracker.Seems like its also random gap based on the officer who sets up the notification date. Most received before 1 week. Nowadays same office is not sending the oath invite. So its better to avoid blocking any cic emails totally. My application is processed at Scarborough office. I am scheduled to the ceremony on 26 Apr. Does anyone know the sender's email address of the oath invitation? I want to add it to my contact so the email never comes to my junk.
TIA.
Thanks for the tipNowadays same office is not sending the oath invite. So its better to avoid blocking any cic emails totally.
In yahoo mail settings it gives me option to add filter the from emails that come like "cic.gc.ca" and it will deliver straight to inbox. So search for option like that in your email account.
THis is the setting i have from the PR application days which works perfectly on any email accounts from cic.
