A little movement wouldn't work for me at this point. My US visa is ending and I need to leave fast. And there hasn't been much progress on my Canadian work permit either. Mandamus is the only thing that pretty much ensures a decision within 2 months.

I should've done it in early March when I had a chat with my lawyer but then IRCC sent re-medical+ADR requests and I got fooled by them again.

Can we file mandamus now that IRCC has updated the processing times? Has your application completed 27 months?

When I filed my application and paid them, it was 6 months. So, yeah.

Looks like ottawa released batch PPRs this week only on April 5th after sleeping for a whole previous week. Next week will have 4 working days. Wonder if they'll skip next week again!

yeah so my remeds were passed on 6 Apr. Also spoke to an IRCC agent on 25 Mar who confirmed that my eligibility, security and criminality checks are all passed after receiving GUs on 23 and 24 Mar. any idea when I might receive a PPR? afaik I dont have any more checks pending now
