How long time takes for next update once you complete your test? And what will be next step? Oath Ceremony or they still required passport scanned copy?

Depends on the office, currently by looking at other threads, you are looking at 6-7 months for your next step after the test. After Citizenship test its Oath ceremony. Usually passport scanned copy asked before the test.

After the test getting marked as complete, does anyone know whether the status tracker or ECAS tracker gets updated first?

For "most" its the ECAS first then tracker but for me the order was other way around

Wow, IRCC updated their application processing times for all types of applications!!

Now Citizenship Grant processing time is estimated at 27 months!!!

I would say you will be done by the end of this year or early next year, especially after they announced the new processing time.
