Prtd long wait in india

Hi
I am in india on vacation since 22 Jan 2022 .My Pr card was expired and I applied for it while I was in Canada on July 6 2021 but I did not receive the card before my flight so I had to come without the PR card .Now I have applied for PRTD on 9th February 2022 through email and I am still waiting for it .I was supposed to go back on 9th March so I had to cancel my flight .what should I do in this case.Please advice

Unfortunately all you can do is wait. It’s unfortunate that you didn’t apply for PRTD as soon as you arrived in India.

Its going to be one year since you have applied for the renewal. Does it take that long to receive a renewal of PR card? The processing time it shows on IRCC is 108 days.

Depends if there is secondary review of the application or it is straightforward.
