Seems I jinxed it with my earlier post - got an information request today and the portal status updated to Information Requested! Hopefully this is a good sign!!

I just also realized that I by mistakenly opened my file it says modified on 3rd march but I did not make any changes, does anyone know if that affects my file being processed sooner?

Not for the status change itself, no. Just the actual email where they were asking for an additional piece of info.

cc @MMCA4244: They emailed me to ask for an additional form signed by my partner. I have asked my employer but so far they have not received an inquiry from AAIP.

Try and have your employer check there spam folder, I have heard scenarios where is does go to spam folder.
