I have a similar timeline as yours.
Status tracker all completed on Feb. 8th, waiting for the Oath.
ECAS status is changed to 'Decision Made' as of Feb. 8th.

I'm March 2020 applicant.

Good news! After receiving my certificate number on the phone from IRCC last week , this morning my file was closed meaning the certificate is now shipped. Ceremony December 15th 2021. I’ll confirm when I receive it , hopefully not another 3 months

Waiting for the Citizenship Certificate.

Received certificates today but Unfortunately they missed the kids certificates. During Oath I told clerk that it's a family application and he then confirmed but its messed up again. Have to follow Niagara office, let's see how much more time they need.

but finally we are done with the process

My Citizenship Certificate from the Ottawa office finally arrived in the mail today!

Did my oath back on November 15th, 2021, and the application was marked as completed on February 25th.

I sent in the citizenship application in January 2020, so it took more than 2 years to process the application!!

Really happy this is now all done and behind us.
