I got PPR on March 11 after applying on Feb 3.
Posted my Passport through Canada post express on Friday Mar 11 , still showing in transit.

It will reach 16/17 and then give it 1 week

I was thinking of sending passport with Purolator or something since they are less likely to lose a package, does anyone has suggestion or recommendation on how to post it?

Depends on where you posted it from if within Ontario it takes 2 days. Do keep in mind CP does not work on weekends, and anything you post after the collection time on Friday will be sent on Mondays.

Edit: I saw your it was delivered, you can ignore that. It might come in useful to someone else

PPR: Mar 11 (Sent to IRCC through Canada Post on the same day)
Passport Delivered: Mar 14
Counterfoil: Mar 16 (Valid until passport expiry. The validity is more than 5 years.)

Just waiting for it to be returned, likely tomorrow.
