Stipend. I get $20k/year, and an additional $10k for Women in STEM Entrance Scholarship . I also have a Graduate Teaching Fellowship (teaching 1 undergrad CS module for 4 months) that brings in about $4.5k per month.

20k stipend is very standard but that scholarship is what's saving you. Also your TAship pays a ridiculous amount it seems. Either that or you're doing no research at all but only TA. What's your hourly TA pay and weekly hours?

The scholarship makes a huge difference. I am paid as a Graduate Fellowship, which is even more than what a TA gets. Below is the monthly rate for my uni: Master-level Rates of Pay
Yeah. CAD 4500 / mo is a ridiculous amount for a student though. I'm in the same circles and kinda have a large network especially around the big institutions, the fellas I know hover around CAD 2000-2500 / mo. Maybe up to 2800 with TAship.

Yeah gotcha, that's a fellowship not an assistantship. Good for you, your circumstances (luckily) do not reflect what's the reality in most of Canada. CAD 4500 / mo is what a typical fresh STEM grad gets paid in a full time job in BC or ON. So basically you're living the non-student life while being a student.

That's why I need my PR to come in so I can take up my standing job offers that pays $43/hour. I intend to switch to course-work from next term once my PR is approved.
From what I've been reading, it's a case where IRCC isn't exactly sure of something and wants to compare answers. If they straight up suspect intentional misrepresentation, they'd be sending a procedural fairness letter right away. So it's basically a second chance to clarify yourself on the record. Complex travel and personal history (multiple jobs/address etc) and people from countries where misrepresentation/security problems are higher are also getting it in general. Looking at the ADR to PPR timelines, I don't see a long enhanced security check for many if they don't have actual concerns with the schedule A.
My personal history is somewhat long and I made a couple of minor mistakes (didn't include apartment number and didn't include a professional membership since it was pretty much a paid thing to attend a conference). Probably why I got ADR. I'm just going to add along with a LOE for corrections
It's PPR Finally!
Got PPR few minutes ago. However, my new born hasn't been added as a dependent on my application despite sending webform with all his documents on February 19th. Please advise what should be the next course of action . Should we go ahead and submit passports for my spouse and I ..and then wait for IRCC to action the webform - which would then make them issue another PPR?
My timeline:
AOR: 2nd March 2020
Biometrics: 10th March 2020
Documents sent for new born via webform - 19th Feb 2022 (still pending addition to profile as of today)
Upfront Medicals given : 23rd Feb 2022
Re-medicals request: 28th Feb 2022
Re-medicals linked and approved - 2nd Mar 2022
ADR for Schedule A & PCC - 2nd Mar 2022
ADR Received - 4th Mar 2022
Ready for visa mail on 11th March 2022

You even have job offers lining up eh? Compsci/IT/software has it like that everywhere around the globe but generally speaking for all of STEM in Canada, having a job offer is a dream especially for students (Pierre Poilievre of CPC has addressed this a few times too). I'm getting ready for my 6+ month unemployment in Alberta.
