LMIA Question on EE Profile

Hello! What's the difference between these two questions under work history on EE?

I'm a bit confused about how to fill them out. A positive LMIA was issued for my employer-specific work permit prior to the LMIA letter expiry(back in 2021), but a LMIA wasn't issued for the second time for the job offer in Canada.
However, my current permit states that the LMIA is valid for 2 years since entry(Which is till October 2024)

Should 1 be answered as NO and 2 as YES? Or both as YES?

1- Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada?

2- Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit?
