My case is as under :-
CHC-I start processing : 9 May, 2009
Personal History request with no gap : 21 November, 2009
Personal History Submitted on : 23 November, 2009
UAE PCC request on : 14 December, 2009
UAE PCC submitted on : 27 January, 2009
Re-medical requested on :20 December, 2009
Re-medical Done on : 24 Dec, 2009

Its almost clicking nine months since my AOR, my question is
1- Do you think my interview is waved ?
2- My case is now in background check ?
3- What would be the next request from the CHC-ISB

Your early response would be highly appreciated and Congratulations who got their Visas.

As you have already submitted the PCC and also remedical is done, there is no chance for an interview.
A you are now a UAE resident, the background check, perhaps the cause for delay.

Respected Wilson,
I left UAE in year 2008 and currently i am living in my home country(pakistan) and my case is also submitted in my home country(Pakistan - Islamabad), so do you think they are on my background checks sir?

Thanks for your reply

may husband submitted our application on May 2, 2009 via mail & E-cas updated "in Process" on May 6, 2009...we are in Live-in caregiver progarm...we already had our medical last january 16 & my husband on january 23...but unfortunately my husband has to undergo 2D echo still on february 12...in our case, as dependent, as i learned from other forum here...interview is waived, because interview comes before medical...but in my husband case, principal applicant, who are in Canada, he will have his interview after his medical will be okay if God permits...

goodluck to us all!
