I intend applying for Fall 2020 visa ...and will please like to know your insights on what to submit as a proof of Finances....
1. I have received a scholarship which will mostly cover tuition, so I intend attaching my personal bank statement which will amount to 12000 CAD and some few properties I own (land) to satisfy the means of finances.
2. In addition to the above, some colleagues are suggesting, I find a sponsor ???
Is it necessary to look for sponsorship if I can show more than 10000 CAD in my bank statement? to satisfy living expenses and do not have to pay tuition (have scholarship)?
Thanks

Based on my experience, as I am going through the same process, in case it is only you who are going there, it is enough if you have 10,000 CAD. So, I think you are good with what you have shown so far. Good luck!
I suggest you to post college related question on askyourprof.com its canadian college community website. You might get an answer there

Okay
Then I'll suggest to have proof of funds of 15k cad if you already have a scholarship then write a strong sop with reasons stating why you are going to Canada and why you would return back after studies
