"Your Action Required" What does it mean?

Hello All,

On the cic.gc.ca page under the "View my submitted applications or profiles" in "Details" column i have the following message << Your Action Is Required >> What does it mean?

Besides, under the messages column "None".

Mine has been like that since I first linked my application on June, 21st. No updates since, still awaiting MR.

Hello goodboy97, 'review of eligibility ', my background check has not yet started, they will contact me if I need a medical request and my application is in process.

That's pretty much what the status says.
I applied on January, received first AOR in March, second AOR in May 8th and processing began May 4th.

Now waiting for MR.
