When I check my CRA Account I could find like this "Your 2016 and 2017 returns were reassessed" what does it means?
I was applied for my son's Disability Tax credit and I am entitled to claim the disability tax credit from 2016-2024. Is that because of this my returns got Reassessed or do I have to worry about something?

It's not necessarily a bad thing. I have had my tax returns reassessed 3 times, in one occasion I had to pay like $20, and in the other two cases I received money. If they made changes to some fiscal rules during that fiscal year, they may go back and check if you were assessed under the current rules or previous ones.
