My Working Holiday permit is expiring in 5 months and I will need to transfer to a Young Professionals permit. I am also preparing to submit a PR application at the same, which I assume will take a while to get processed.
First of all - are there restrictions on who in your company submits the application? Does it have to be the HR?
Secondly, do you know any cases when the employee has in some form covered the compliance fee?
