hi,
I'm working in Canada on my working holiday visa which expires soon so my employer offered me to keep me under the young professionals program. My question is where can I apply from within Canada, online or in person? I'm from Croatia. Also, I don't have to wait to next year to applications on IEC reopen?

1. You could apply, but there are no spaces left for 2014 http://tinyurl.com/ln48n5w
2. You follow the instructions here: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/croatia-croatie/experience_canada_experience/application_guide-guide_demande.aspx
3. Note you can't apply until 3 months have passed since the completion of your IEC work permit.

Thank you.
Is there anyway I can extend my working visa without applying to IEC? I don't want to go back home and wait for the applications to open next year.

IEC is not extendable. Your employer would have to apply for a LMO to HRSDC after advertising the position for 1 month, and demonstrate that there were no Canadians/PRs available for the position. If approved (8-16 weeks) then you could apply for a new work permit. Note there is no implied status when your IEC ends, you must stop work.
