Hi everyone, I apply for YP and I have a doubt. There is this question...
Have you ever remained beyond the validity of your status, attended school without authorization, or worked without authorization in Canada?
I was in Canada before and I applied for extension of my work permit. They refused my application, so I lost my temporary status so I bought a ticket and returned. However I left Canada after 2 months (legally).
They say I had 3 months to leave the country...
Would you answer Yes or No?
I think I should say yes, but this question sounds that if I answer yes, they will delete me automatically..
