Ive been waiting to make my postgraduate application in york university for months and they have no option for winter 2013 yet on application online form and everytime I contact them they say it might take some more time to become available. while an agent has offered to give me an admission in same university within 7 days if I pay $4000 to the university.......

In other universities, winter admission has been closed already and york hasnt started yet....on the other hand they are selling their admissions for $4000!!!

Who is that agent??
Is that amount for application fee or tuition fee??? Will they refund that amount if the student don’t get visa?? Pass that agent details? It is good if someone complaint to right authority in Canada.
If you give that agent details I will try my best to complaint.

below is the detail of agent, if u contact them they'll get u admission in york university in $4000 while if u try to fill in postgrad application online it wouldnt allow u to do that.....

i think canadian authorities, before assessing our visa applications, should assess their own institutions. they are playing with geniune students' future.....and calling us a currupt nation!!

This statement from your agent doesn't look true. You should email this university. But I believe your agent is just misguiding you to get this 4000 CAD from you.

Ur agent is lying.
Just call at this number 0014167365000 . Thai is there admission office number and ask them any thing, it will only cost u 2 3 rs per minute.they will pick up after 5-7 minutes.

i called and spoke with sabina lackner there. she promised me that the graduate applications will be opened early next week.......so i wouldnt listen to the agent any more.

Go and tease your consultant, listen to his lies for sometime and then tell him the truth. Such people should be hanged who manipulate students for their greed.

is the question regarding york university of in general ...most universities in canada dont need GRE a few do it also depends on the program u plan to apply.....u will have to find out on the university website about their admission requirements

in that case its not mandatory but if u give GRE and have a good score that will be a positive point for ur admission. If ur profile is not that strong a good GRE score can make a difference
