I have talked to a student who is about to complete the studies in engineering from Concordia University, I asked him if we could pay the tuition fee at the end of the semester. He said that you can pay the fees at the end of the semester in Concordia. But there is some interest and late fee on that. But it is not that much which you can not pay (the interest and the late fee).

So my suggestion is work on campus and pay the fee at the end. you can earn some money and in this way some of the fee you can earn from job to pay for the semster.

and from second semster you can work of campus too, so work full semster and pay your fees.

Think it through, do you really think that a university will allow you to attend classes, if you haven't paid the tuition fees? They don't work on promises.
