Hi guys, yesterday I submitted my application for OINP under the french-speaking skilled worker stream, then I received a letter from EE, saying that my NOI was given under the HCP stream so I have the option to withdraw the french-speaking stream application and apply under HCP. I did it immediately and the application was successfully withdrawn.
But when I apply under HCP steam, there is a question about immigration information:" Have you ever submitted an application under a Provincial Nominee Program to Ontario or another province or territory?" should I answer "yes" or "no" to this question? The previous application existed for just several hours and I think they did not even start to process it...
