Hi guys,
I have a question about if I should submit my ITA.
I got the ITA in Feb 2017 but on my EE profile work history I started working since Mar 2015.
So I didnt have full 2 years of experience when I got the ITA but I notice my score has already calculated me of 2 yr instead of 1 yr.
Should I decline the ITA offer?
Thank you for the help in advance.
You can accept the ITA but submit the eAPR after you complete 2 years. You have 90 days from the day of ITA.

Thanks for the reply.
But isnt the eAPR is effective on the date of ITA? which means I dont actually have 2 yr on the record no matter when I submite?

Sorry but I am really worried about it. Has anyone actually done that?
Thanks for the time reading and sharing =D

IRCC has clarified this point. You MUST meet the minimum eligibility criteria at the time of the ITA (e.g. have completed at least one year of work experience). However, for the CRS score, IRCC will calculate your score both at the time of the ITA, and at the time you submit your e-APR, and use the higher score.

So - the advice provided by xpressentry is correct.
I have a question on the same issue but with respect to OINP selection.
For ex, say, I'm completing 2 years in April. My current point is 380 and in March (due to additional year of experience as per CIC calcuation), my points will go more than 400. If I get OINP invite in March, based on the points (400+) should I decline it and wait till April (I'm worried as I will not get second chance in OINP) or can I accept in March and submit the documents for province nomination in April after I complete 2 years.

IRCC recalculates the score after you submit e-APR. you need not worry about it. Just submit file upon 2 years completion.
