Years of experience in the past 10 years - Question

Hi,

I have 1 year and 10 months experience (2014-2016 in a foreign country) and 6 months experience in Canada (present job). Both are in the same NOC B job occupation (as an Architectural Technologist), does this qualify for me to enter my experience under the 2-3 years experience bracket?
