My wife is pregnant in the Fifth Month. And I had informed them about the pregnancy of my wife that delaying the X ray after they requested Medical Exams.

Now one of the doctors told me there is no problem to proceed with X ray for my wife after the fifth month.

So, Is the IRCC will accept the X ray and proceed with PR process if my wife will proceed with X ray ? or they will keep waiting for the delivery?

You should discuss having an X-ray with your OB. Having an unnecessary x-ray is usually discouraged unless medically necessary but I would discuss with your doctor and evaluate based on your own life circumstances. Yes if your wife does the x-ray your case will continue to be processed. In many provinces your wife will not have healthcare coverage for 3 months and babies arrive early so keep this in mind if you are hoping she will receive COPR before the baby arrives.
