Wrongly spelt name

I'm a protected person, who already applied for permanent residency , but recently I discovered that my middle name in my marriage certificate was wrongly spelt, also the address I was used in the certificate was my uncles address cause the house I was staying then has no address, so the address on my marriage certificate is not in my 10 years address history, what should I do as this may be classified as misrepresentation
