Wrong visa stamping

Kindly help me!! I applied for 2year graduate program starting on 9th january,2023. My visa stamping is from 17/11/22 - 9th january,2023. Is this a stamping error as visa is issued for the length of program + 90days???? Kindly help me what to do ?? Moreover mine case is of deferment( may intake) as I didn’t get a seat confirmation mail from university because of delay in visa stamping.

Lodge a webform and explain your position to your concerned visa office about your deferment. Besides that the study permit is issued to you at the port of entry. The dates mentioned on your visa is the time within which you are supposed to fly to Canada.

Thankyou for your reply. I haven’t got my May LOA. So once i receive new loa should i refile again or raise a webform ? Can i tell them about my deferment before receiving my May LOA?

Raise just one webform with updated LOA and include ur deferments. Thats not a stamping eroor it was based on ur previous intake

I actually raised a webform without loa stating that i got the visa for less than the length of my study program that it might be a wrong stamping. Is this put a wrong impact on me if i raise a webform again with new loa? One more thing, raising a webform with new loa , will i get the Letter of Introduction and ppr again ?

Raising a webform or multiple webform doesn’t impact anyway on ur application under processing or processed. Thats the only way to communicate with the VO.
You will know once you upload the new LOA. If your starting date is 150 days after your previous date you must inform IRCC. They may request for re stamping or otherwise new LOI will be issued

Actually my previous intake is january,23 and new intake is may,23 which is less than 150 days, i guess. So i need to inform ircc under this scenario as well right ?

Different intakes must be communicated as will be critical later for PGWP. You have different intake u need to communicate it to IRCC. As you are suppose to be a month before your intake not four months etc for that you need new date or time to travel there

How much time ircc takes to respond loa updation ? Will i definitely get new visa travel dates? I am bit tensed about it ..

28 days to respond a webform !! In your case you application already had a decision so yours wont take much

Will i get the new travel dates or they will refuse me to extend my travel date?
