Wrong Validity/ Expiry Date of Study Permit

It's the validity of the letter. It's not a mistake.

It must be. Why would they give him only 10 days to enter Canada by? Mine give me till 2023 to enter Canada.

I have received my correspondence letter on 2021-07-21 and I have been notified that my application for the study permit was approved. However, I found my validity date and the date I must enter Canada is 2021-07-31 which only has 10 days left from the day I received the letter.

FYI I am applying for a one-year post-graduate program and the expiry date of my Passport is in 2024. I believe that my validity should be at least 12 months in order to finish my study in Canada, which should be by 2022-07-31 but not 2021-07-31.
I have already sent an enquiry to IRCC Webform but still haven't heard back. Does anyone experience the same situation and what should I do?

Now i have the same issue i applied study permit for 2 year master's program but on me letter of introduction the validity date is 30/12/2023. My 2 years master program starts on 8/September/2023 and my letter of introduction is only valid till December 2023. All other students got their validity till December 2025. I don't how can it be resolved. Please help
