Wrong subject Email to cic 2 weeks ago n today being forwarded

I wrote an email two weeks ago from web inqueries.
But i chose the temporary visa -work permint- i should choose student permit.
My mail today is being forwarded.
I wrote my application no and my data.
Do u think cic will still reply my email?

Bcoz my school start sep 1
I should fly to canada on aug 20.
My school doesnt have jan intake.
My processing time should be 1 week now is 9 week.
I caught between a rock and hard place!
