Wrong Secondary NOC code , ITA Received

Hi All,
Recently i was nominated for SINP & received ITA for the NOC 2171.
I have experience in 4 companies, Primary NOC being 2171 & the remaining are 2173 .
In the EE profile i have given 2174 as the NOC.
I am not sure if the remaining NOC's are in sync with my roles & responsibilities.
Will it affect my PR process?

I have submitted Application to CIC for MPNP, November 5, 2015 (paper based)
Got AOR February 5, 2016

Since then waiting for MR..................................................

Anyone else with same status ?
or
Any advice or help.
