I need some advice here.
I did not realise until now, stupidly. But my passport number is wrong on my current open work permit.
I believe it is the passport number which I originally applied to international experience canada with, however, I renewed my passport before I entered the country for the 1st VISA, which was in 2014. I have only ever entered Canada on my current passport.
For my second VISA I definitely applied with my new passport number but they have the wrong number on the document.
I have submitted my application for permanent residency without noticing this error until now.
I have tried to call the call centre and cannot get through.
Does anyone have any experience with this, what would be the best steps to take?
