I received my COPR today and noticed that my original entry date in my copr is actually my 2nd entry to Canada and last entry to canada is wrong as well. But everything else is correct. Please advise me what should I do in this case?

Seems like it is not an issue, I have the same problem and I am planning to do the landing this weekend. I read on the forums that CBSA officers put the correct dates in the remarks section of the COPR and put an asterisk where the wrong dates are on the COPR. They then change the dates in FOSS system. I also called CIC agent and she said that error in the dates is irrelevant for your landing. If there is an error in the personal bio information then we have to amend it. But since the personal information like your name, dob, cob, passport no. matches I think it should not be a problem. I will update you my experience with the landing this friday.
I think they should remove that original entry date and last entry date information. If they don't need such information to be correct then why bother putting it in COPR and confuse other people?
