I am struck with a problem which I wouldnt have even noticed had it not been pointed out by service canada people when i went for a work permit. I do not use any surname or family name and my given name is all that appears on my passport. so on the passport , my given name is filled out and family name is blank .. but on the stamp i got on the passport, the family name is filled and given name is blank. Things have been switched around. I checked the cic site and it talks about getting amendments done to work permit and study permit. but what about the visa? pls help
