I signed in usign "Sign-in Partner (SecureKey Concierge)" to create my application for express entry but once I login another name shows up even though I used my Bank information to login. I checked at the bank and my name and everything is alright. It's super confusing and I can't find a way to update that name. Should I create a GCKey username instead?
 
yes..for putting in your express entry application you should create GCKey username
