So, my friend was supposed to file the post graduate work permot for me..She did it for 7 other people and so did mine too..but instead of sending the doem IMM 5710 ie. Work permit from canada she filed IMM 1295 work permit from ouside canada.
I have paid the fees already and i have received the letter from Ircc that they need my passport. I dont know what to do..as i filled the wrong form, my lawyer says i have to file it again and pay 255 again..is he right or just taking my advantage coz his fees is more than the permit fees..please reply...urgently..
