I have applied supervisa for my parents. The old passport shows DOB as 1957 Apr 30 and the New passport shows DOB as 1958 March 18. Surname was spelled as PAUDEL in old passport and now it is spelled as POUDEL. Visa office has asked to submit the passport this time. I had applied for a visa from my old passport but now many things have changed in the new passport. I enquire about this in the passport office, they say this new in correct and old was incorrect.
What should I do next?

How about your PR card? If your dob and spelling are not the same as your PR card, you will need to tell the passport office that they are not the correct.
The wrong DOB and surname were of my Dad. Not mine.

Sorry to hear this .
BUT let me process this , OLD passport is saying DOB "A" and New passport DOB "B" , and when you called passport office how come this is changed , they replied you , New DOB is correct one ,\.
SO what I am concluding Passport office Guys are saying that they know better than your father that his DOB is B ?
What your father think and know matters NOT what passport office guys saying , clearly it looks mistake form passport Office .
they need to correct last name and DOB , (If in Application form of passport renewal you entered DOB A Then how coem passport office changed the DOB and LAST NAME ?)
Take the application form print and if mistake is not form your end , ask them to correct it and escalate it
Good Luck
