Wrong Date of Birth in PCC

I got my PCC(Kuwait) They made a mistake in my date of birth, instead of 03/07/-- they write 30/07/-- I went back to the finger print department to point out the error, the officer on duty just scratch the "0" in 30/07/-- and returned me. Even he did not put any stamp or signature for the correction. Now it can be read 3 /07/-- and one can juge the scratching. What I should do please advice me. Shall I send it as it is to CHC or I should apply for new PCC (it takes 15 days for new PCC)

Apply for a new one or they wont even look at it.
